An Innovative Service for Employers

We are pleased to announce the launch of our new innovative service for Employers, the Stress-free Employment Assistance Scheme - "SEA Scheme".

The SEA Scheme is a comprehensive advice service designed to take the stress and hard work away from busy Employers and business owners.

A raft of ever changing legislation, increased employee awareness of their legal rights coupled with difficult economic circumstances has resulted in an increase in the number of claims being submitted to the Tribunal Service and an increased risk to an Employer's business.

To help local businesses minimize the risk and potential for disputes and their consequences, we are offering the SEA Scheme.

For a fixed price, Employers receive dedicated advice and assistance to help avoid employment disputes. In the event that an issue does arise we will provide expert advice enabling the Employer to deal with the problem swiftly and effectively thus allowing them to concentrate on their business.

If, in spite of the support and advice provided, an Employment Tribunal claim arises, the SEA Scheme includes an insurance policy which will provide cover for legal costs, most awards and settlements up to £250,000 per claim.

Our Employment specialist, Alison Colley, had advised a number of Employers who have run into difficulties with Employees. She understands all to well that a successful claim against any business, particularly a small business, can be extremely damaging, both in terms of the financial cost and the reputation of the business.

The SEA Scheme offers businesses the certainty of knowing that they have expert advice, support and financial protection on hand for a low fixed annual fee.

To find out more about the SEA Scheme and how it can help your business please contact Alison Colley on 023 8064 9448 or email alisoncolley@qualitysolicitors.com.
