GRANT OF PROBATE

When a loved one dies it is never easy to cope. Even though you may not feel up to dealing with their affairs, it is something that has to be done.

Knight Polson Solicitors has an experienced team to help lift the burden, providing you with support at a difficult time.

When a person dies and they have made a Will appointing executors, the people appointed might have to apply to the Probate Registry for a Grant of Probate. Whether a Grant of Probate is required depends on what the estate consists of and the value of the estate. The Grant of Probate will enable the executors to deal with the administration of the deceased estate.
