Work and Clients: Since qualifying as a Solicitor in
1981, Frances has specialised as an Employment Lawyer,
although she has also worked in Family, Personal Injury,
Professional Negligence and General Litigation. She joined
her husband, Chris Knight, as a Partner of Knight & Co in
1991, and is Managing Partner of the firm which merged in
2006 to form Knight Polson. As part of this role Frances is
responsible for Client Care, and is always pleased to
discuss any issues that may
Outside work: When not overseeing the running of
Knight Polson, Frances enjoys keeping fit, which includes
swimming and playing tennis regularly. She also enjoys
walking, sailing, making sure her garden is looking good and
listening to music.
