Legal Executives; Civil Litigation Department
EXPERTISE: Contract, professional Negligence, Consumer law,
Insolvency, Housing law, Debt Recovery and Enforcement.
WORK AND CLIENTS: Daniel joined Knight Polson in 2007
bringing with him considerable experience in the area of Civil
Litigation. His expertise has been gained by representing
Clients in a wide range of work since the Mid 1990’s, including:
• Credit Control and Debt Recovery
• Recovery of Debts in both the County and High Courts
• Building Disputes
• Bringing proceedings for defective goods, including Sale of
Goods Act proceedings in relation to prestige motor vehicles,
and equine claims
• Professional negligence proceedings against Solicitors and
other professionals
• Bankruptcy and Winding up proceedings including acting for
Trustees in Bankruptcy regarding Bankrupt’s property
• Acting for both Landlords and Tenants in possession proceeding
and proceedings against Trespassers to Land
• Breach of contract and general litigation matters.
OUTSIDE OF WORK: In his spare time, Daniel coaches a
Southampton based youth football team, and he also admits to
being a Chelsea FC supporter. His other sporting interest is
playing golf which he says he does badly! Daniel enjoys meeting
people.
