Work and Clients: Alison was admitted as a solicitor in June 2006, having completed her training with Knight Polson. Alison specialises in assisting Employees and Employers to resolve workplace disputes without recourse to the Employment Tribunal or Courts. She has recently undertaken a full training course provided by ACAS in respect of mediation in the workplace and is able to provide full assistance to any clients who wish to explore mediation to resolve disputes.

Alison also acts on behalf of Employees and Employers within the Employment Tribunal and the Employment Appeal Tribunal.

In addition to her client work Alison deals with all aspects of Human Resources management for Knight Polson, and accordingly has hands on experience of the daily challenges facing Employers.

Alison is actively involved in networking within the local area and has helped to develop the Eastleigh Business Networking Group which has been founded by Knight Polson.

Outside of Work: Alison is a keen sports player and follower. She enjoys running, kickboxing and walking. As well as being a lifelong Tottenham Hotspur fan Alison also follows the Denver Nuggets Basketball and Boston Redsox Baseball Teams.
